Our policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Different types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Our customers have the legal right to return a product within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After this notification, the customer has another 14 days to actually return the product. If a customer makes use of his/her right of return, the entire order amount, excluding the shipping costs for the return shipment, will be refunded within 14 days after the return notification.

- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing reimbursements (if any)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially booked.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued.

Only regularly priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of returning the item will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over EUR75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
