Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Our customers have the legal right to register a product for return within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After this notification, the customer has another 14 days to actually return the product. If a customer makes use of his right of return, the entire order amount excluding shipping costs for the return shipment will be refunded within 14 days after the return notification.

- products which, due to their nature, are irrevocably mixed with other items after delivery;
- alcoholic beverages the price of which was agreed upon at the time of purchase, but the delivery of which can only take place after 30 days, and the actual value of which depends on fluctuations in the market over which you have no influence;
- audio and video recordings and computer software of which the seal has been broken after delivery;
- newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of an agreement for the regular delivery of such publications (a subscription);

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regularly priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of returning your refund will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over EUR75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
