Hempel Brilliant Gloss is a single-component topcoat for use above the waterline, designed for use as a topcoat over Primer Undercoat or MultiCoat within a single-component system. The varnish offers excellent paint flow for a beautiful gloss and high coverage. Its formulation also provides excellent UV resistance.
