The Mastervolt BI 1203-S is a compact battery isolator for onboard systems with multiple batteries. Thanks to conventional diode technology, the charging current is distributed reliably; the voltage drop of approximately 0.6 V can be compensated for by the output voltage of the connected battery charger or alternator. The solid, corrosion-resistant design with an aluminum heat sink is designed for long-term use.
Plus points
- Reliable distribution of charging current with isolating diodes.
- Voltage drop approx. 0.6 V, can be compensated via battery charger or dynamo.
- Compact solid-state design; no mechanical wear.
- Quick installation with plastic end pieces and sturdy bolt connections.
