The Facnor Flatdeck Racing FD230 kit 16.5 m is an innovative roller reefing system that uses a polyester webbing instead of a reefing line. This eliminates the need for a high drum, and the webbing rolls up tightly when the jib is unfurled. Control from the cockpit is via a swivel-mounted line attached to the webbing end.
