Sika Sikaflex Primer-209 D is a black, solvent-based primer that reacts with moisture to form a thin bonding layer. This layer promotes the bond between the substrate and adhesive during the pretreatment of bonded surfaces. It is specially developed for use prior to Sika single-component polyurethanes.
