Vulcan anchor stainless steel 33 kg – without roll bar, with roll palm and V-bulb

The Vulcan anchor is a further development of the well-known Rocna anchor. The anchor fits even better on modern motor ships due to its adapted shape, without sacrificing user-friendliness and high holding power. The difference is, among other things, the unique combination of anchor shaft and anchor blade geometry including the innovative "roll-palm™ (A) end which ensures that the anchor is buried at the correct angle. This burial is supported by the "V-bulb™ (B) which ensures the correct ballast of the anchor blade for maximum efficiency. This development ensures a larger anchor blade surface compared to competing designs. The hollow anchor blade design (C) is comparable to the Rocna design which ensures high holding power and reliability. The absence of the "roll-bar" and the specially designed circular shaft (D) ensure a good fit on the bow of many types of ships. The circular shaft (D) also makes it easier to retrieve the anchor in the anchor roller. The shaft is further reinforced by the unique "I+V profile™" design (E). This makes the shaft even less likely to bend. The "V-edge" underside of the shaft (F) minimizes resistance when digging deep into the ground.
